Terms and conditions

  1. General

These terms apply to the purchase of dog equipment through the website skajko.si or other channels (e.g., email). The seller is Jana Cindro, s. p., who is not liable for VAT. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. Offer and Prices

We sell dog leashes, collars, and other equipment (e.g., toys) made from waterproof materials such as HEXA and BioThane®. Prices are fixed, listed in euros (€), and do not include VAT. We reserve the right to change the offer without notice.

  1. Payment Methods

Available options:

  • Bank transfer (details provided upon order),
  • Card payment (via Stripe or PayPal),
  • Cash on delivery. Payment must be completed before shipping, except for cash on delivery.
  1. Shipping
  • Production: Each item is made to order! As materials are not always in stock, production takes approximately 1 week for HEXA and 2 weeks for BioThane®. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Shipping: We ship from Slovenia to the EU via standard delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Paid by the buyer, specified at checkout.
  • Delivery: The order is shipped after production.
  1. Returns and Complaints
  • Right to Withdraw: You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without reason, except for custom-made products. Notify us at info@skajko.si and return the unused product in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer. For custom-made products (e.g., tailored leashes), withdrawal is not possible unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Complaints: Report damages or defects within 48 hours of receipt to info@skajko.si. We will provide a replacement or refund if the complaint is valid.
  1. Additional Information
  • Products are handmade, so minor variations may occur.
  • Shipments are the buyer’s responsibility after handover to the postal service, except in cases of proven seller error.
  • We reserve the right to reject orders if they are not feasible.

Withdrawal Notice

Right to Withdraw from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without reason, except for custom-made products.

  • How: Notify us at info@skajko.si and return the unused product in its original packaging to: Jana Cindro, s. p., Postojnska ulica 20, 1000 Ljubljana.
  • Costs: Return costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Refund: Money is refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Exception: Withdrawal is not possible for custom-made products unless they are damaged or incorrect.
